About
Advanced Bioinformatics, Computational Biology and Data Science Laboratory, Bangladesh (ABCD Laboratory, Bangladesh) is a research platform for Life Science researchers. This laboratory aims to maximize the output in computational biology and computational chemistry with the available resources. Our students and researchers work hard to achieve our goal. Our laboratory has five distinct divisions: Reverse Vaccinology Research Division, Genomic and Proteomic Research Division, Natural Products Research Division, Data Science Research Division and Computer-Aided Drug Design Research Division. We host various computational chemistry and biological training sessions each year. After training, students are assigned to different projects as junior research collaborators. We happily welcome any collaboration work from any academic institutions or laboratories.
